- Puses In Breathing: Now you really will not know this; until someone tell you that you are not breathing at night.
- Sore Throat Or Dry Mouth: People who have difficulty sleeping at night will suffer from a sore throat or will be extremely thirsty in the morning upon awakening.
While these are just some of the signs that one can experience when they are suffering from this sleep disorder; one of the best things you can do for yourself or a loved one is to schedule an appointment with your doctor. They will know how to treat the condition and will help you treat the snoring problem or the sleep apnea; whichever sleeping disorder you have.
