1. Yawning: This is performed just as it sounds. You will want to tilt your head towards the ceiling and open and close your mouth as if you are yawning. While doing this slowly; this will begin to strengthen your inner and outer throat muscles which will eventually help you be to sleep more peacefully.
2. Singing: Research has shown that singing in a warm shower will help you reduce your snoring as well. However it is not known how long you will have to perform this exercise; so you may want to consider doing this on a daily basis.
There are several other exercises that can help you stop snoring and help you sleep better. While these are like any other types of exercises that you do; they will only work as long as you are persistent in performing them on a daily basis
